Studio Three Lincoln Park

address

2401 N Halsted Chicago, IL

about

Known for its high visibility and transit-oriented, dense infill location, the northeast corner of Lincoln, Halsted and Fullerton is the epicenter of Lincoln Park. It is located one block from one of the busiest “L” stations outside of the central business district, across the street from the Lincoln Common redevelopment in the heart of the Lincoln Avenue Entertainment District and steps from DePaul University and the family friendly community of Lincoln Park.

BlitzLake identified 2401 N Halsted as a prime location for its second Studio Three facility, and given the past uses of the space, a significant amount of interior renovation needed to be done. BlitzLake performed selective demolition and structural upgrades in the space, and installed a significant amount of soundproofing, vibration monitoring, and MEP upgrades in order to get the space ready for the use.  Completed in 2018, Studio Three Lincoln Park serves Lincoln Park residents with its iconic design- from forward thinking fitness classrooms, to spacious locker rooms and member lounges where clients can relax pre or post class.
